We do not provide dosing, protocols, or any guidance related to human or veterinary administration, and we will not do so on request.
Where do product-specific storage conditions come from?
Use only the conditions stated in verified source documentation for the exact product and lot. General website copy is not a substitute for those records.
Does this site provide preparation instructions?
No. Product-specific preparation and handling must come from validated laboratory procedures and verified source documentation, not general catalog content.
Which documentation appears in the public archive?
Only lot and assay metadata explicitly marked as published in the protected database. No placeholder lots or certificates are generated.
What if the reference on my vial is not in the library?
Contact support with the reference, SKU, and lot code. Support can verify whether a record exists without presenting unpublished data as public documentation.
Are shipping and sales active?
No. US and Brazil sales remain disabled during pre-launch review. Shipping terms will be published only after the commercial and compliance rules are approved.
